Eligibility

Educational Qualification

  • Passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Students appearing in the Class 12 (10+2) examination are also eligible to register for CSEET.

Nationality

  • Only Indian nationals are eligible to register for CSEET.

Minimum Marks

  • No minimum percentage is required in the qualifying (10+2) examination. A pass in the qualifying examination is sufficient.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: No minimum age prescribed.
  • Maximum Age: No upper age limit.

Student Induction Programme (SIP)

  • Student Induction Programme (SIP) is a mandatory prerequisite for enrolling in the CSEET examination under the restructured scheme effective from June 2026.

Exempted from CSEET

  • Candidates who have passed the ICSI Foundation Programme
  • Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of ICAI (CA)
  • Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of ICMAI (CMA)
  • Graduates (except Fine Arts)
  • Postgraduates (except Fine Arts)
